- Conduct installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Perform daily inspections of all machines to identify and report operational abnormalities.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repair history and service reports.
- Lead and delegate tasks to skilled technicians within the maintenance team.
- Dismantle machinery and replace or repair defective components as required.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns, including after-hours support when necessary.
- Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance schedules in collaboration with respective departments.
- Assess wear and tear of machinery and determine parts replacement needs through accurate measurements and inspections.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies; place orders as needed.
- Train production personnel on basic preventive maintenance practices to reduce downtime.
- Liaise with machine and tool suppliers to request technical support and maintenance information.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to established procedures and safety regulations.
- Recommend operational improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for all machinery, equipment, and tools.
- Propose replacement or upgrade of technicians’ tools as needed to ensure effective work performance.
- Maintain historical service data to minimize the recurrence of breakdowns and improve troubleshooting efficiency.
- Ensure proper distribution of electrical load in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee general maintenance of office and factory assets, including machinery, tools, equipment, furniture, and fittings.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports by collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and issues.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and controlling the maintenance budget under the guidance of the Chief Operations Manager.

- Monitor and record regular consumables like spare parts, gas consumption, water, electricity, etc.
- Step up new workspaces and stations to accommodate team expansion with tasks including electrical power load, IT provisions, wiring, and cabling management.
- New machinery installation - recommend and factor in advance the electrical requirements, such as heavy power and LV load.
- Participate in client and compliance audits by providing details such as machinery breakdown details, machinery history card, and preventive maintenance log sheets.
