Maintenance Fitter and Turner

• Machine Operation: Operating the machines that produce agarbattis, ensuring efficient and correct production processes.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance and quickly addressing any mechanical or technical faults in the production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Assembly and Installation: Assembling new machinery or components and installing them on the production floor.
• Quality Control Support: Assisting with in-process inspections and ensuring that machines are producing products that meet quality standards.
• Supervision: Experienced fitters and technicians can advance to roles like machine shop in-charge or floor supervisor, managing a team of operators and fitters.

Pay: ₹8,492.09 - ₹20,000.00 per month
