Maintenance Head

Key Responsibilities

Lead maintenance of press shop, welding shop, robotic welding machines, and powder coating lines.

Implement Preventive & Predictive Maintenance to reduce machine downtime.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic welding system breakdowns.

Maintain power presses, CO₂/MIG/spot welding machines, robotic welding cells, powder coating booths, ovens, conveyors, compressors & utilities.

Manage critical spares, tools, and coordinate with purchase for timely procurement.

Ensure safety compliance and adherence to IATF 16949 & ISO standards.

Train, supervise, and guide the maintenance team.

Drive process improvement, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and energy-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Strong experience in sheet metal machines, powder coating plants, and robotic welding maintenance (preferred).

Good leadership, analytical, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
