Maintenance Manager

- Manage and maintain boiler operations, STP/ETP, DG sets, and electrical systems

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules

- Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians

- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance

- Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of experience in textile industry maintenance

- Expertise in boiler maintenance, STP/ETP, DG machine maintenance, and electrical maintenance

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
