Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance services provided to external customers, ensuring high-quality, timely, and professional delivery. The role involves leading the maintenance team, managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, coordinating spare parts needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the maintenance team to deliver excellent service to customers.

Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for external clients.

Monitor customer maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.

Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate purchase requests as needed.

Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for customer sites.

Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, sales, and procurement.

Ensure all field work meets safety, quality, and customer standards.

Review equipment performance at customer sites and recommend improvements.

Prepare accurate maintenance reports, documentation, and service records.

Support continuous improvement to enhance service quality and customer experience.
Requirements

Experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in external service operations.

Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and field service workflows.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Professional Arabic speaker, with good command of English.

Knowledge of spare parts management or CMMS is preferred.
