Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance services provided to external customers, ensuring high-quality, timely, and professional delivery. The role involves leading the maintenance team, managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, coordinating spare parts needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to deliver excellent service to customers.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for external clients.
• Monitor customer maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate purchase requests as needed.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for customer sites.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, sales, and procurement.
• Ensure all field work meets safety, quality, and customer standards.
• Review equipment performance at customer sites and recommend improvements.
• Prepare accurate maintenance reports, documentation, and service records.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in external service operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and field service workflows.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional Arabic speaker, with good command of English.
• Knowledge of spare parts management or CMMS is preferred.
