Position- Maintenance Manager (Beverage)
Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Industry: Beverage / FMCG Manufacturing

Role Overview
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the complete electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant machinery to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production. The role requires strong technical expertise, preventive maintenance planning, breakdown management, and team leadership. Experience in beverage manufacturing is essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for all machinery (RFC, filling, capping, shrink, filler, boiler etc.).
  • Ensure timely troubleshooting and quick resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Process & Equipment Improvement: Monitor equipment performance; identify improvement opportunities to reduce operational costs and enhance output.
  • Collaborate with Production team for calibration and accuracy of all machines.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring machine failures and establish permanent fixes.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental guidelines within the plant.
  • Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with OEMs and external vendors for machine servicing, spare parts procurement, and AMC management.
  • Coordinate with Production Supervisor/Manager to achieve daily and shift-wise production targets.
  • Manage and control annual maintenance budgets, inventory of spare parts, and consumables.

Required Skills

  • Diploma /B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field).
  • 7–10+ years of experience in plant or production machinery maintenance (must in beverage manufacturing industry).
  • Hands-on experience in TPM, Kaizen, Lean maintenance management practices.
  • Ability to train and guide workers on machine use and safety.
  • Understanding of food industry rules like hygiene, safety, and GMP.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills. Able to read, write, and maintain basic reports and records.
