Shift Timings (Rotational): • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary:

looking for female Diploma holders in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for trainee positions in the Maintenance or Production departments. This role offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, technical operations, and plant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise production activities on the shop floor

2. Conduct final product quality checks

3. Support machine operators during shifts

4. Assist in basic maintenance tasks

5. Contribute to achieving daily production targets

6. Ensure compliance with safety laws, OHS standards, and company policies.

7. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard identification.

8. Investigate accidents/near-misses and implement preventive measures.

9. Manage fire safety, emergency drills, and PPE usage.

10. Monitor safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.

11. Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.

12. Maintain safety documentation and liaise with regulatory authorities.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Education: Diploma in Mechanical

 Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year

 Location Flexibility: Willing to work at Nashik

 Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and learning attitude

Note: High-performing candidates may be considered for permanent roles after completion of the training period.
