Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Fullerton, CA
Pay: Up to $25.00/hour (DOE)
Includes Housing Allowance
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Call/Weekends as Needed

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance

• Handle unit turns, inspections, and work orders with professionalism

• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing standards

• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members

• Work independently while contributing to a strong team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $23 – $25/hour, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a community of 100+ units

• Valid CA Driver’s License & Insurance

• Must provide your own tools

• Experience with AppFolio is a plus

• Strong communication skills & a team-player attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Must be able to commute to Fullerton, CA
