Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems and ability to perform minor repairs
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to supervise and coordinate tasks with other team members
- Strong customer service skills to interact with residents or employees
