Maintenance Technician

PAM is now seeking to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician to add to our amazing team.

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring repairs meet quality and time standards.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
• Maintain community appearance by keeping grounds, exteriors, amenities, and common areas clean and free of debris or hazards; report safety issues immediately.
• Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance, and other repairs as needed.
• Keep tools, equipment, and workspace organized and in working order; request replacements and assist with inventory.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HVAC
• Plumbing,
• Electrical,
• Painting,
• Sheetrock
• Flooring
• Carpentry
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Boilers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
