Maintenance Technician

Perry Reid Properties is seeking an energetic Maintenance Tech with a positive attitude. Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current maintenance team to better serve our residents. This position will split time between two locations in Grand Junction, CO.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to work hard. HVAC is preferred but not required. Basic experience in painting, cleaning, groundskeeping and general maintenance is desired.

This position requires some on-call hours as needed. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and their own hand tools.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily grounds clean up
• routine property maintenance
• Unit turnovers including painting, carpet tear out and other tasks
