Pay Range: $18–$20/hour

Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our community running smoothly. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections to ensure the property and resident units are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure property systems remain in good working order.
• Maintain accurate work orders, logs, and records of completed tasks.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and turnover maintenance.
• Support special projects, renovations, and property improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred; technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general repairs a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends as needed.
