RESPONSIBILITIES:Weststates Property Management has an immediate opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician for Mahogany Courts . Applicants must have trade experience with references, should have a clean professional appearance, good people skills, and basic computer skills. Techs must bring their own toolbox with basic hand tools, we provide all large equipment, grounds keeping tools, etc. Duties will include but are not limited to simple plumbing and electric, painting, building repairs, make ready units, climbing stairs and ladders, grounds keeping, snow removal, heavy lifting and some limited travel for annual training.
