Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality within our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong technical skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Candidate should:

1. have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and flooring.
2. have experience in property maintenance or above related experience
3. be interested in working long term

Job requires own vehicle and tools to perform the work.
