Maintenance Technician- Lion's Ridge

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician (Part Time) at our Lion's Ridge location!

Lion’s Ridge is a 113-unit workforce housing community in beautiful Vail, CO. We’re looking for a skilled part-time Maintenance Technician to keep our property running smoothly and looking its best. In this role, you’ll support daily repairs, apartment turns, seasonal upkeep, and overall building operations—directly contributing to a safe, comfortable living experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle day-to-day and emergency maintenance, including drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs

• Troubleshoot issues to identify solutions quickly and effectively

• Complete apartment turns using checklists and make-ready processes

• Perform daily property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal

• Maintain common areas, building systems, and seasonal upkeep (snow, leaves, weather prep)

• Communicate with residents, vendors, and team members to keep operations moving

• Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies

• Follow all OSHA, safety, and property compliance requirements

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of maintenance or building repair experience

• Skilled in drywall, painting, appliance repairs, and electrical troubleshooting

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support team needs

• Valid driver’s license and insurable MVR
