Maintenance Technician (part time)

Full time Maintenance Technician role in Bethany Beach.

Work schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained.
• Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.
• Maintain company issued vehicle (routine PM's, oil changes etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
• $18 an hour.

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Active driver's license is required.
• 2+ years of experience in light plumbing, light electrical, and light carpentry work is required.
• Ability to work Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8 hours per day - 7:30am - 4pm is required.
