Parking Concepts, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full time Maintenance/Janitorial position in Beverly Hills, CA.

- Pay rate: $20.00 hourly
Essential Job Functions:
- Regular maintenance of location and if any maintenance problems should abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately.
- Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors.
- Empty trash cans from every floor.
- Clean office and restroom.
- Maintain, repair, clean, dust, and mop elevators/building grounds.
- Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust.
- Remove graffiti when needed.
Qualifications
- Must be able to follow schedule and checklist closely but stay flexible when needed.
- Must have good observation and reporting skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, thorough, responsible and have a great work ethic.
- Must be flexible and available to work weekends and work overtime as needed.
- Ability to monitor parking areas for safety, cleanliness (sweeping, moping, un-dusting, minor paint touches).
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to lift/carry light items (cones, signs usually up to 25 pounds)
- Great communication and customer service skills.
