Key responsibilities

• Curriculum and instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cover reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Malayalam, often aligning with a specific curriculum like CBSE.
• Student assessment: Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Student engagement: Foster enthusiasm through interactive discussions, role-playing, and storytelling. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Classroom management: Create a positive, inclusive, and well-ordered classroom environment.
• Cultural activities: Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities that celebrate Malayalam language and culture.
• Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
• Professional development: Stay current with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate new tools and resources into the curriculum.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong command of the Malayalam language, both written and spoken.
• A degree in Malayalam, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching Malayalam.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
