Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned spaces according to established standards and schedules
• Dispose of waste properly, ensuring recycling protocols are followed where applicable
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
• Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
