Job description:

A Soft Skills and Management Trainer develops and delivers training programs to enhance employees' interpersonal skills, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. They assess training needs, create engaging learning materials, and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure that employees develop the necessary skills to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.

They shouild be able to train both blue collared and White collared workers and hence knowledge of ENGLISH, Urdu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada etc., is prefered

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person, in UAE mostly in Dubai and Abudhabi.

Expected Start Date: immediate

Experience:

• Soft Skills Training: 5 years (Required)
• Management Topics Training: 5 years (Required)
• Trained Blue Collared Workers: 3 years (Required)
• Training White Collared Workers: 5 years (Required)
• Content Development: 3 years (Required)
• Games and Activity Based Training: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• driving license (Required)

Pay: AED50.00 per hour
