Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Management Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business operations, developing strategies, and collaborating with clients to implement effective business solutions. The role includes supporting organizations in optimizing processes, delivering recommendations, and addressing challenges to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Analytical Skills and Business Process improvement
• Proficiency in Management Consulting and Consulting practices to guide client strategies
• Effective communication, teamwork, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in the consulting industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field is required
• Master's degree (MBA preferred) is a plus
