Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Reconciliation and Reporting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, streamlining reporting processes, and supporting audit and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Calculate and book the unbundled revenue accrual for APAC Europe.
  • Prepare and provide Monthly revenue update to Risk Committee Finance Business Partner.
  • Prepare and send status of invoicing to all country managers.
  • Prepare and post Journals for quarterly reporting.
  • Assist Manager in Reporting on a quarterly basis.
  • Prepare PL and BS for the relevant entity.
  • Analysis of BS account and documenting.
  • Assist in Audit by EY (external auditor).
  • Automation/Standardization of processes as applicable.
  • Provide any ad hoc support to finance team requests covering analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Perform reconciliation of system data with source data to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
You will report to Senior Manager, Chief Accounting and Capital Office.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • CA/CPA with relevant years of experience.
  • Robust understanding of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliation, and accounting principles.
  • Experience with financial systems and data reconciliation processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work resiliently and collaboratively within a team.
