• Develop and maintain monitoring systems for investment portfolios across asset classes, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and indenture requirements.

• Conduct daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with trustees and service providers to ensure data integrity.

• Translate investment guidelines into automated compliance rules for pre- and post-trade monitoring.

• Track deal and warehouse cash balances, calculate warehouse fundings, and prepare drawdown requests.

• Execute hypothetical trades to validate indenture compliance and proactively identify potential breaches.

• Manage structured product cash flows, including interest payments, principal repayments, and expenses.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across investment strategies.

• Investigating and resolving compliance breaches promptly.

• Implement technology solutions to enhance compliance efficiency and scalability.

• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and controls.

• Prepare and distribute compliance reports to investors, trustees, boards, and rating agencies.

• Interpret and code complex investment guidelines and deal documentation for accurate monitoring.

• Act as a key liaison between portfolio managers, trustees, legal counsel, rating agencies, and service providers.

• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve issues.

• Manage and mentor compliance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Lead audit preparation and regulatory reviews.

• Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance programs accordingly.
