Job Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Café/Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of service and product quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, solid F&B management experience, and the skills needed to run both front-of-house and back-of-house operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the café/bakery, ensuring smooth workflow and an excellent guest experience.
  • Lead, guide, and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor product quality, service standards, and cleanliness across all departments.
  • Review daily sales, control expenses, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bakery teams to ensure timely and high-quality output.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulations.
  • Support menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a café or bakery setting.
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, and operational processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools.

Additional Notes

  • Driving license and personal vehicle preferred (not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
