Job Purpose


Manage and control User Profile Administration (UPA) support for users across MB / TBMS / Taqania / MIT / Injaz / Doha / MGN PAK and overseas offices to ensure efficient and secure support to end users. The support should be always available and upon call as well.


Key result Areas


  • Basic understanding of Access Management.
  • Participate in rotational assignments across various departments.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and contribute to innovation-driven projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Continuously learn/apply new technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to assigned projects.
  • Complete training milestones and assessments as per the MTO development program.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree (BS) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant internship/work experience.
  • Certification: Active Directory Certification is must.
