Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and company accounting policies.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
2. Costing & Inventory Management
- Develop, monitor, and analyze standard and actual manufacturing costs.
- Oversee BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy and cost variance analysis.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Manage WIP (Work-in-Progress) and FG (Finished Goods) costing with production teams.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and highlight deviations.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
4. Internal Controls & Compliance
- Implement and strengthen internal control systems across finance and operations.
- Ensure timely audits and liaise with external and internal auditors.
- Maintain tax compliance (income tax, sales tax, withholding).
5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and banking activities.
- Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and credit controls.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and optimize liquidity.
6. Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff.
- Allocate tasks and ensure high-quality, timely outputs.
- Foster collaboration between finance, production, procurement, and supply chain.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (ACA) - ICAP member with the age bracket of 30 years. Or
- ACCA - Qualified
- 2–3 years’ post qualification experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong command of cost accounting, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulatory frameworks.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
