Job Overview

Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Manager - Availability & Capacity Management for a client in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure capacity and availability planning.

Job Requirements

The following are the requirements for the role:

• 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure capacity/availability planning, or performance engineering within the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk).
• Good understanding of database, middleware, and core banking application performance impacts.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (certification preferred).
