Overview

Manager - Business Consulting - SC & Operations - Procurement - UAE. EY is seeking a highly motivated Manager to lead client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and participate in business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

Responsibilities

As a Manager your key role will be to lead large transformational client engagements as well as internal projects. You will establish valued relationships with external clients at the C-level, lead large global and regional bids and proposals, and provide thought leadership. You will lead teams at client sites, supporting them in improving business performance and presenting executive summary findings to enact change. You will manage multiple EY colleagues across levels and client team members, review others' work for quality, and mentor others in their career development.

What You'll Do

• Lead closing and delivery of procurement transformations in industry or consulting with a proven track record
• Manage staff on multiple projects and provide direction to team members
• Collaborate on proposals, client engagements, and thought leadership
• Present executive findings and drive actionable change
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EY and client organizations

Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Strong experience leading successful procurement transformations in industry or consulting
• Experience managing staff on multiple projects and guiding team members
• 5+ years' experience at a tier 1 consultancy
• Outstanding academic record to at least Bachelor's degree
• Experience and passion for one of: digital solutions and trends, operating model development, third-party spend management, ESG, or leading supply chain solutions
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and cross-sell services/products
• Arabic speaking and reading is an advantage but not essential
