Position: Manager Business Development
Location: Islamabad | On-site
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and business development plans aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and growth areas.
- Drive steady business growth by increasing customer base and revenue through strategic planning and new product introductions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Regularly visit clients to build and maintain strong relationships, understand their evolving needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Build meaningful relationships with telecom partners by regularly checking in, listening to their needs, and working together to align our VAS offerings with their goals, while serving as the main point of contact to ensure great service and continuous feedback.
- Prepare & deliver business proposals and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to internal teams including marketing, products, and operations to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams to innovate and enhance the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor, Higher education in Business Administration will be preferred.
- Business Development or Marketing & Sales for more than 5-7 Years.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in Telecom will be preferred.
- Resource should have good contacts/social ties in Telecom (Pakistan).
