Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned ML Engineering Expert with strong experience on the Databricks Lakehouse platform. The role involves designing, developing, and operationalizing advanced machine learning solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement advanced ML models for classification, forecasting, NLP, recommendation systems, and optimization problems.- Conduct EDA, feature engineering, and statistical analysis on large and complex datasets using Databricks.
- Leverage ML flow for experiment tracking, model versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data readiness, quality, and scalability for modeling.
- Translate business challenges into data science use cases and communicate insights effectively.
- Optimize models for performance, interpretability, and fairness.
- Stay current on emerging ML techniques and Databricks ML/AI capabilities.
Skills:
9-15 years in Data Science, with hands-on experience in ML/AI.- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Advanced expertise in Databricks Lakehouse and MLflow.
- Solid background in statistics, probability, and applied mathematics.
- Proven experience deploying ML models into production.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
