Manager - Delegate Operations

Elets Technomedia—India’s leading media & knowledge platform across Education, BFSI, Government, Health, and Pharma—is looking for a dynamic Manager – Delegates Operations (designation according to the experience of the applicants)to lead our flagship conferences and summits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of delegate acquisition executives
• Oversee end-to-end operations for delegate outreach
• Manage and maintain high-quality data and reporting
• Ensure excellent communication and client servicing
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Handle timelines, workflow, and deliverables for multiple events

What We’re Looking For

• 2–7+ years of experience in delegate acquisition, events, client servicing, or operations
• Strong team management and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Hands-on experience in data management, CRM/Excel
• Ability to handle senior industry stakeholders professionally
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
