Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Branding: Defining and implementing a Brand Positioning Strategy for the Marketing.
- Digital Promotion: Planning and execution of promotional activities through social media, Website, and channels.
- Conventional Marketing: Conducting promotions via Print and Electronic media (ATL & BTL).
- Materials: Managing promotional printing materials, brochures, and catalogs.
- Event Marketing: Marketing and promotion of National and International Books Launching Sessions, Exhibitions, and Events.
- Compliance: Ensure all Marketing activities are carried out under Sharia Rules.
- Planning & Review: Overseeing Section-wise Annual Task Planning and Monthly Progress Reporting.
Job Specification
- Education: Minimum MBA in Marketing with a strong grasp over English.
- Experience: At least 8 years' experience of Marketing & Sales of Books and e-Books is essential. Experience of managing online content/media is desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing, strong intrapersonal skills, and excellent verbal/written communication.
