Job Description
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic B2B marketing leader to build brand preference, generate qualified demand, and enable revenue growth across product categories, customer segments, and channels. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand narrative, driving top-of-funnel engagement, enabling frontline sales, and deepening customer relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong business acumen to achieve the ambitious goals for the company.
Key Accountabilities & Supporting Actions
Brand Building

Drive brand awareness, preference, and credibility among buyers, sellers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

Manage integrated media plans across ATL, BTL, and Digital, optimizing spend for impact.

Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints and lead external partners/agencies with strong ownership.
Demand Generation & Revenue Maximization

Develop and own the growth marketing roadmap across digital and offline channels

Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, account based marketing, social media, content, WhatsApp, email, industry events, database marketing, etc.)

Build high-performing funnels to drive top-of-funnel (TOFU) lead volume with a focus on lead quality

Activate outbound outreach programs to engage high-potential customer databases and drive qualified lead generation.

Enable the frontline teams (Sales, Category, Partnerships) with insights, tools, collateral, content to become effective in Revenue maximization and conversions.

Build programs to increase wallet share across existing customers through joint business plans, active engagement with the decision makers and delivering a consistent brand experience.

Build and manage Loyalty programs that drive sustainable and efficient customer acquisition and retention across all segments.
Channel Engagement

Create innovative and efficient GTM plans across key accounts, product categories and financial programs.

Build partnerships with relevant trade bodies and local associations to expand influence and recall.
Digital Adoption & Platform Engagement

Support product and technology teams to improve digital adoption and self-serve capabilities of our platform across various customer journeys like order placement, fulfilment, reconciliation, feedback and repeat purchase.

Increase the contribution of straight through and unassisted orders via the platform (Web, m-web, App)

Build content hooks to engage with prospective customers – Digital catalogs, price alerts, lead gen tools for customers, industry insights and engagement programs.
Customer Experience

Ensure consistent, cohesive messaging across the entire customer journey — from acquisition to loyalty.

Monitor and drive NPS by using insights, data, feedback, and competitive analysis to improve experience at each stage.
Qualifications & Skills

5–6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or B2B demand generation

Strong understanding of funnels, lead scoring, CAC, CPL, and attribution

Proven experience in building, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns independently

Expertise in tools like Google ads, LinkedIn campaign manager, Meta ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms
