Manager - Executive Compensation & Equity Administration

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Executive Compensation team. This role will be responsible for administering the company's global equity plans and supporting executive compensation programs, including compliance, regulatory filings, and proxy-related activities. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to strategic compensation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer global equity plans, including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of equity transactions in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support the design and execution of executive compensation programs.
  • Assist with annual compensation cycles including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.
  • Prepare reports and materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to equity and executive compensation.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proxy statements and other public disclosures.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Equity Transaction Accuracy: >=99%
  • Timely Reporting: 100% of reports and filings delivered on or before deadlines
  • Compliance Rate: 100% adherence to internal and external regulations
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: >=90% satisfaction score in internal surveys
  • Process Improvements: Minimum of 2 implemented annually
  • Audit Readiness: Zero major findings in internal/external audits
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in equity administration and/or executive compensation
  • Strong understanding of equity instruments, compensation structures, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used in compensation analytics and reporting
  • Ability to leverage AI-driven insights for benchmarking, forecasting, and decision support
