This particular role is responsible for …
Hiring, coaching, and developing the Engineering team to achieve the highest levels of compliance, role specialization, and creative collaboration. They also continuously write and improve global engineering processes that facilitate the efficient creation of high-quality engineered sealing products to the customer delivery and product sustainment steps in a scalable and controlled manner that is compliant to relevant standard processes such as ISO9001 and AS9100.
