As the Manager HR Business Partnerships you will support key international regions for dnata. You will partner with executive and senior business leaders to define, develop, and execute organisational and people strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR Business Partnership function for dnata s International Airport Operations team where you will be partnering closely with senior leaders across our international network. The role offers exceptional global exposure, frequent travel, and the chance to build influential relationships while driving impactful people strategies worldwide.


In this role, you will:

  • Support dnata businesses by defining/implementing appropriate people related strategies, partnering with HR and business leaders to identify, prioritise, and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes.
  • Provide business insights ensuring solutions are tailored to address business needs.
  • Define talent needs, and support leaders to forecast and plan their workforce and talent pipeline requirements in line with the business strategy and local budgets. Assist leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future business requirements.
  • Partner with colleagues in HR Centres of Excellence to define and deliver appropriate people solutions for dnata s business units across the globe. This includes but is not limited to talent development, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, learning, employee relations and standardisation & governance.
  • Define and drive improvements in performance culture in line with corporate principles and dnata values. Work with business leaders and local HR to translate department strategic goals into meaningful outputs that contribute to business results.
  • Lead key strategic projects, reviews, and initiatives that support HR strategy. Review and benchmark internal and external environment, translating good practice into proposals that are aligned to HR and corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with Group Recruitment and/or local HR teams to participate in or lead the talent acquisition of senior roles, ensuring candidate fit and supporting the company's future growth.
  • Provide strategic HR direction and performance reporting to the business stakeholders.
  • Support a culture of learning, supporting the development of HRBPs through supporting or leading projects and initiatives that meet their development goals and supports the future capability needs for HR.
