Job Description: Manager - Infrastructure

Position Overview:

The Manager - Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing and governing the infrastructure planning, coordination, and orchestration of infrastructure intake and demand. This role serves as a key focal point between software centers and business units, ensuring seamless integration and execution of new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure intake planning and governance processes.
• Coordinate and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between software centers and business units for new project initiatives.
• Oversee the entire IT system lifecycle, including infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
