IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the organization’s IT strategic roadmap to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives. The position focuses on strategic planning, governance, and digital transformation , involving the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness. You will develop IT strategies, governance frameworks, and KPIs to monitor performance, as well as manage enterprise architecture for scalability, security, and sustainability. Key responsibilities also include preparing RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, and business cases for IT modernization projects, and leading procurement processes for strategic initiatives. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with organizational goals, manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure all IT activities comply with corporate and regulatory standards.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

1. Strategic Planning & Governance • Develop and maintain the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. • Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on business strategy. • Develop strategies, provide consultancy in designs and use best practices as per international standards & according to organizations’ policies and procedures. •Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor IT performance and value delivery. • Develop IT governance processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
2. Technology & Innovation • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and tools to drive digital transformation. • Prepare RPFs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work, evaluation reports, and other documentation for strategic projects. • Manage enterprise architecture initiatives to ensure scalability, security, and sustainability.
3. Stakeholder Management • Partner with business units to understand their technology needs and align IT initiatives accordingly. • Communicate IT strategies, priorities, and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders. • Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and external partners
4. Preparation of financial business cases for Modernization and Transformation of IT Platform and Solution order to develop internal cross domain buy-in.
5. Lead the procurement process for important and strategic projects for PTCL Group.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• BSc in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

• 8–12 years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or technology consulting.

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise

BSS & OSS applications.

• Proven experience in developing IT strategic plans and managing complex transformation

programs.
