About the job:

As a Management Consultant, you willacquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, buildknowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management bestpractices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.

You will play a key role in buildingtrusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveragingour industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we showthis by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip youto become a skilled consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology implementation projects,including core banking system upgrades, digital transformation initiativesand regulatory technology projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, andresource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders todefine project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure projects adhere to banking regulations, data securitypolicies, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implementmitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams,third-party vendors, and senior management.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues toensure project success.
• Manage project governance, documentation, and reporting toensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to driveproject efficiency and adaptability.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project successand implement lessons learned.
• Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensureeffective delivery.
• Provide regular project updates, including progress reports,risk assessments, and impact analysis to key stakeholders.

About you:

• Degree holder.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Managementreporting processes.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving financialconsolidation, planning and reporting platforms.
• CPA, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MSProject, Trello, Confluence, and experience in Agile/Waterfallmethodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a curious mind.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clientsand colleagues.
• Capable of applying technology principles to business.
• Can fluently speak and write in English.
