Manager Nursing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all nursing activities across departments.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient care delivery.
• Monitor performance indicators and initiate improvements where needed.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and patient-centered environment.

Requirements:

• Post RN BScN / Generic BScN
• Valid nursing license/registration.
• Minimum 5–7 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of hospital operations, quality standards, and nursing audits.
