  • Oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure operational procedures comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure resolution.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate hotel staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure effective team communication.
  • Monitor and manage the hotel budget, including revenues, expenses, and payroll.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and operational plans.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain quality standards in all hotel departments.
  • Implement and monitor hotel policies and procedures consistently.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
