Manager - Operations (Noida Sector -125) (FMCG,Retail,Ecommerce)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, plan replenishment, and prevent stockouts/overstock.
• Handle end-to-end order processing and ensure TAT/SLA compliance.
• Plan daily/weekly dispatches and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
• Maintain MIS reports and analyze stock/order/dispatch data using Excel.
• Improve processes, ensure SOP compliance, and support audits.

Key Skills

• Strong analytics, advanced Excel, ERP/WMS knowledge.
• Good understanding of inventory, logistics & dispatch.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce.
• 3–4 years in inventory/dispatch/order management (FMCG/Retail/E-commerce).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
