Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000

About the Role
PSA is hiring a dynamic professional to lead its power sector policy, tariff advocacy, and government relations initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in NEPRA regulations, electricity policy, renewable energy compliance, and generation licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive advocacy on tariff policy, electricity market reforms, and solar sector regulations.
• Represent PSA at NEPRA, AEDB, DISCOs, Ministry of Energy, and government forums.
• Prepare policy briefs, regulatory submissions, and compliance documents.
• Track and interpret power sector reforms and tariff updates.
• Support PSA members with regulatory compliance and licensing processes.

Requirements

• Master’s in Public Policy, Law, Economics, Energy Studies, or related fields.
• Minimum 4+ years in Regulatory Affairs, Government Relations, or Power/Renewable Energy policy.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
