The Product Analyst – Checkout will identify root causes for drop-offs, analyze transaction data, and test hypotheses for improving conversion. You will measure the impact of UX enhancements, payment methods, and trust signals on funnel completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track key funnel metrics (cart-to-checkout, checkout-to-payment, success rate).
  • Identify and quantify causes of drop-offs across devices, platforms, and geographies.
  • Collaborate with product and tech to optimize checkout speed and flow.
  • Evaluate payment gateway performance and error rates.
  • Run A/B tests for UX and payment method changes.
  • Partner with CX and Operations to analyze refund and failure reasons.
  • Create dashboards for live monitoring of conversion and payment success.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce transaction funnels.
  • Familiarity with payment gateways and success/error metrics.
  • Experience working closely with UX and engineering teams on optimization projects.
  • Strong command of funnel analytics, cohort tracking, and user journey mapping.
