Job Title: Production Manager – Injection Molding

Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Manager with over 10 years of experience in injection molding operations to lead and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic molding technologies, team leadership, and continuous improvement methodologies. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality production, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily injection molding production operations, ensuring optimal machine utilization and product quality.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and operators.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle times, scrap rates, and downtime.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support production needs.

Prepare and present production reports to senior management.

Support new product launches and tooling trials.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in injection molding production, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Deep understanding of injection molding machines, tooling, and materials (e.g., thermoplastics, elastomers).

Proven leadership and team-building skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
