Position: Manager – Operations, Risk Management, and Trade
Location: Zamzama Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management: Oversee daily retail operations, manage inventory, supply chain, and customer service.
2. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
3. Trade Management: Manage trade activities, including vendor negotiations, import/export documentation, and compliance.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with other departments, and drive employee engagement.
Qualification:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in retail operations, risk management, and trade.
3. Skills: Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and trading processes, as well as expertise in risk management frameworks and compliance.
