Job Title: Manager – Store
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / B.E (Mechanical Preferred)

Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overall management of the store department including material receipt, storage, issuance, stock control, dispatch, and documentation as per company standards. The candidate should have experience in handling industrial goods, machine parts, raw materials, consumables, and finished machines/components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete Store Operations including inward, outward, issue slips, and stock control.
  • Monitor accurate and timely GRN preparation, material receiving & verification as per PO.
  • Maintain inventory management system and ensure zero mismatch between physical stock & ERP stock.
  • Ensure safe storage of industrial components, electronic/electrical/mechanical parts, and consumables.
  • Handle packing & dispatch of machines and parts as per customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with purchase, production, planning, accounts, logistics, and quality teams for timely material flow.
  • Implement FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis, min-max stock level, and reorder level systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation as per ISO/internal audit requirements.
  • Monitor transportation & courier activities and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop & train store staff to maintain efficiency and discipline.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of store management in manufacturing industry (preferably machinery).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP / Store Management Software (SAP / Tally / Odoo / Focus / etc.).
  • Good understanding of BOM, Part Numbering, Drawings, and Material Specifications.
  • Knowledge of commercial terms related to dispatch (e.g., E-way bill, invoice, LR, packing list).
  • Experience in handling material handling equipment (Forklift, pallet truck etc.).
  • Good knowledge of transportation vendors, dispatch tracking, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, Email operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
