Description
The
Manager, Supply Chain
is accountable for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, compliance, and supplier relationship management. This role ensures a reliable and cost-effective flow of materials that supports production requirements and broader business objectives. The Manager partners closely with Engineering and Program Management to drive successful New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, while also supporting day-to-day operational needs.
This position oversees the Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and Compliance functions.
Key Job Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering collaboration and innovation across all levels of the company.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, cost savings, and improve cash flow through inventory management.

Manage procurement, logistics, supplier quality, compliance, and inventory to support production demands.

Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, improve lead times, and improve cash flow.

Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Understand the Geo-political landscape and how we can best position our supply chain to minimize our risk.

Drive supplier adoption and understanding of our regulatory trade requirements.

Utilize business system tools (BI, ERP, EDI) to maximize efficiency and spot trends.

Collaborate with Engineering & Program Management to support NPI process and ensure project milestones are met on time and at cost.

Host suppliers onsite and travel to supplier locations to qualify new suppliers, facilitate relationship building, and drive engagement.
Required Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Abilities, Experience And Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management (or related field), with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.

Experience with ERP and supply chain planning tools.

Excellent negotiation, relationship building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Understanding of trade compliance, import/export regulations, and supply chain risk management.

Ability to travel 10%-20%.

Some international travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications

Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.

JD Edwards, EDI, and Microsoft Power BI a plus.

International travel experience is a plus.
