We are seeking a high-performing Managing Attorney who pairs strong legal and leadership skills with grounded confidence and a human-centered approach —and who is ready to step into a key role on our executive team.

You’ll guide a talented team of attorneys and paralegals while maintaining a focused, high-quality legal practice of your own.

Role, Schedule & Structur

eLeadership + Casework : Full-time role based in our San Antonio office Executive Team Membership : Serve on the firm’s executive leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and firmwide direction Team Oversight : Lead, mentor, and support a team o f attorney s Client Engagement : Maintain your own caseload, conduct consultations, and continue closing confidently Strategy & Development : Participate in firmwide planning, process improvement, and growth initiatives Flexibility : Occasional evenings/weekends for networking, client events, or trainin
