The Singapore office is positioned as a regional hub to drive cross-border growth, partnerships, and project development across the Asia-Pacific region.

Your New Role

As the Managing Director, you will lead the Singapore operations and play a key role in shaping the company's regional strategy. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in construction and real estate, and a proven ability to manage international projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of operations and management for the Singapore office.
• Develop and execute strategic plans focused on the construction and real estate sectors.
• Lead partnership development with local design firms and regional stakeholders.
• Act as the regional lead for overseas expansion, M&A prospecting, and strategic collaborations.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Provide regular updates and coordination with the company's headquarters.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction and real estate operations, especially in international project management.
• Prior leadership experience at Managing Director level or equivalent.
• Strong business-level English communication skills.
• Hands-on operational background (not from accounting or pure sales).
• Experience working in a multinational environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Asia-Pacific markets and regional business practices.
